  I have made two purchases over the past few weeks, once online and secondly via phone. I found the website easy to navigate and prices very competitive. On my first order I forgot an item and had to phone the sales desk and request an addition to my order. On both occasions my orders were dealt with in an extremely professional and efficient manor. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shawfield Timber.

  Sales process very easy and good! After sales were also helpful! When I required copies of plans , even though I didn’t have my invoice or reference number Steve was very helpful found my details and sent an email within 5 minutes. Delivery driver very nice he text me and called me with therhe ETA of delivery. When on site he was careful and helpful with regards to set down point.

  I had no knowledge of this company, the decking timber was ordered by my contractor. I was worried it would not arrive in time as it had a long lead time and was coming from Glasgow. I called the company and was very impressed with the customer service I received. A lovely young lady went down to the warehouse to check on the dispatch of my order to a delivery place near me. She gave me their number to ring. I called them a couple of days later and they were very kind and delivered my timber in time for installation. Overall an excellent experience and worth writing a review to praise some wonderful staff you have. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone I know - the quality of the timber, the price, the delivery and the customer service was top notch. Thank you.

  I was very satisfied with both the delivery and the materials. The driver was very obliging and unloaded the goods in the pouring rain on a road with restricted access. I would certainly use your services again.
