  I have made two purchases over the past few weeks, once online and secondly via phone. I found the website easy to navigate and prices very competitive. On my first order I forgot an item and had to phone the sales desk and request an addition to my order. On both occasions my orders were dealt with in an extremely professional and efficient manor.   From the moment I placed the order online, I was kept informed of the progress. The delivery agent telephoned me to arrange a delivery date/time. The delivery was made on time by a very helpfull driver. The timber, decking and accessories etc were all good quality grade. So, overall I was very impressed with everything and would definitely recomend to others, in fact I already have recommended you to my son who is looking at installing decking soon. Thanks you.

  The driver dropping the delivery off was fantastic. Although my road is slightly tight for the size of vehicle he had he managed to get down to me and deliver the load even though it was late in the day and dark. Your driver is a huge credit to you.

  Couldn’t ask for better service. The delivery was as arranged, arrived on time ,driver unloaded onto the drive and was very helpful. The order was completed and the quality of the decking was great and at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend this company and have indeed told my son in law to get his decking from them
