  The driver dropping the delivery off was fantastic. Although my road is slightly tight for the size of vehicle he had he managed to get down to me and deliver the load even though it was late in the day and dark. Your driver is a huge credit to you.

  From first visiting your website for the decking calculator - to the delivery of my order - the whole experience has been very customer focused. The lady I spoke to about the delivery was very helpful. The delivery driver rang on the day and gave me a half hour window of arrival - which was unexpected but very welcome. The quality of the timber is excellent and I am really happy that you provide the whole package - so I don't have to shop separately for the hardware. Would definitely recommend you to anyone that was considering a timber project. Thank you very much

  Kept me informed by both email and telephone about what was happening and the delivery. The lorry arrived as estimated really helpful driver from Glasgow wasn't too sure what he was saying all the time but nothing was too much trouble.
