  Service provided was second to none, from initial website to delivery it was an absolute fantastic and easy experience. Very good quality stock for a very very good price. Stevie the delivery guy was beyond awesome. He managed to hiab my decking up and over a 12ft hedge with pin point precision. Curtious and extremely professional, a true asset to your company. I will 100% be using you again and for all my future projects of which i have many.

  A positive experience from start to finish,great web site ,brilliant calculator ,Excellent communication before delivery which turned up well packaged and delivered by Steve who couldn't have been more helpful.Quality of timber is excellent .Price was spot on. Very pleased with the deck which is nearly finished. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks to everyone at Shawfield.

  From the moment I placed the order online, I was kept informed of the progress. The delivery agent telephoned me to arrange a delivery date/time. The delivery was made on time by a very helpfull driver. The timber, decking and accessories etc were all good quality grade. So, overall I was very impressed with everything and would definitely recomend to others, in fact I already have recommended you to my son who is looking at installing decking soon. Thanks you.

  Couldn’t ask for better service. The delivery was as arranged, arrived on time ,driver unloaded onto the drive and was very helpful. The order was completed and the quality of the decking was great and at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend this company and have indeed told my son in law to get his decking from them

  I had no knowledge of this company, the decking timber was ordered by my contractor. I was worried it would not arrive in time as it had a long lead time and was coming from Glasgow. I called the company and was very impressed with the customer service I received. A lovely young lady went down to the warehouse to check on the dispatch of my order to a delivery place near me. She gave me their number to ring. I called them a couple of days later and they were very kind and delivered my timber in time for installation. Overall an excellent experience and worth writing a review to praise some wonderful staff you have. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone I know - the quality of the timber, the price, the delivery and the customer service was top notch. Thank you.
