Delivery

Delivery Methods

Once the order is placed we decide what is the best method of transport to deliver your goods. We use our own vehicles, pallet delivery companies, Royal mail post and couriers.

We always try and allow you to pick the day that suits you and that will be available from the drop down box if at all possible.

Due to lorry routing only certain days will be available for certain areas with certain goods.

Due to the weight of the goods someone usually has to be there for the larger orders. Smaller items the driver can leave.

Garden Furniture , Floors, Doors and Architraves are Couriered Nationwide

Decking is delivered throughout Scotland from this website and England and Wales through our sister company www.deckingsupplies.co.uk

Fencing and sheet material are delivered throughout Scotland only

What time will it arrive?

If by our vehicle you can phone in on the morning of the delivery and get a delivery window.

If by courier it is very difficult for us to track but the courier would usually leave at side of house if nobody is home.

When we use Parcelforce for nationwide delivery of doors they always try to leave with a neighbour if nobody in but due to the price of some of the doors they will not leave unsigned.
