Great to have prices shown which is a welcome change to some of your competitors!!. Very happy with the delivery service both in selecting the day and the courtesy of your delivery driver who on both occasions was very helpful. A couple of the fence posts were warped but I was cutting them down to size and worked round them so not a big deal. Will order again on my next projects. Thanks.

Positive aspects were the price and the quick delivery date. Service could be improved by perhaps specifying a time slot for delivery even just am or pm or even a text or email on the day to say when delivery could be expected.

I only had small order of 3 fence posts for approx. £17, & altho I stay locally within about 2 mile I couldn't get access to a vehicle to pick posts up & had to pay delivery charge of £15, practically doubling my costs. It could be an idea to charge local
